There are a few units in this building that have assigned surface parking that conveys with the unit, but most units have no parking and street can be rather difficult in that area. There is nothing currently listed as active in this building, but recent prices were from just under $200K for a studio unit and up to $460K+ for a 2-bedroom unit.
