Leumass is a former huge, single-family home that occupies an entire triangular block bounded by Vermont Avenue, Q Street and 12th Street. It was converted into 23 condo units in the late 90s. With its distinctive turrets and Flemish bond brickwork, the building presents an impressive face. Units have good space, lots of light and the penthouse features two floors and a private roof-top patio. As an earlier renovation, kitchen and bath features are not as luxurious as some buildings renovated during the following decades, although some unit owners have completed more recent updates.
