Quite literally the best, most complete, condo complex in the DC area. First rate services and ammenities. Pools, Tennis courts, Classes in evrything from crafts to intense yoga. Excercise rooms, Squash courts, saunas and steam rooms. Extraodinary concierge and doorman services. People there to help at every turn. The units in the three different buildings vary quite a bit with Parc Somerset being the newest and most expensive. Starting at over $1 Mil and going to the moon! We have helped many clients buy in the Somerset buildings over the years and have heard only rave reviews.
