Potomac Place Tower was built in 1959 and completely gutted and renovated in 2008 except for the oringinal and historic honeycomb facade which preserves its original exterior look. The building includes studios, and 1- and 2-bedroom units and is divided into North and South wings which are completely separated from each other except on the lobby level. There is a party room, fitness room, convenience store and business center in the building and a 24-hour concierge. There is an outdoor pool that is shared with the building next door. It is a very short walk to the SW Waterfront Metro. The building is also VA and FHA approved.

If you want to but a newer condo that is near a metro, this is one of the cheapest finds in the city.
