The two adjacent buildings of 1425 and 1435 4th Street make up the Riverside Condominium Project which is located on park-like grounds that border the water. There are studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units within these buildings as well as a few units that have been combined to make some very large condos. The buildings display some ecclectic art in the lobbies and elevator areas which give a good impression combined with the clean modern lobbies, but the upper floors are covered in dated wallpaper that leaves a different impression.
