Waterfront Tower was built in 1960, but redesigned in 2010 using green technologies including Eco-friendly furnishing, low-VOC paint, rugs containing recycled materials, and high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, appliances and windows. They are right next door to the waterfront Metro and have bike racks available to residents as well.
