The Woodward is listed in the National Registrar of Historic Places due to its unique Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture. Built in 1910 by Harding and Upman, the building has been a landmark in the neighborhood for decades and has previously housed some of Washington’s most famous politicians. The building is home to 54 separate units that take in beautiful Kalorama.
