Yale Steam Laundry is located in the center of Mount Vernon Triangle in newly renovated historic Yale Steam Laundry building. The first phase of the project is the condo section and was completed in 2008. Its success has led to the continuation of the building of an apartment complex that is due to open in early 2011. The units offer residents modern amenities that include stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops in contemporary New York style lofts that boost 16-foot ceilings. The building itself also includes access to a beautiful roof top pool, a billiards room, and a new gym.
